A procedure with good indication for very thick arms, especially when the local skin is tight and stretched. Usually it consists of a small incision in the axilla and the liposculpture is generally predominant done in the lateral and posterior parts of the arm.

We specifically advise patients not to allow a great thinning of the arms at a young age, as to not precipitate the excessive sagging of this area, which is generally very vulnerable to the aging process.

(If the skin is not tight, removal of skin associated to liposculpture can be indicated – see “ARM PLASTIC SURGERY – BRACHIOPLASTY”)
