Contrary to what it may seem, the buttocks should be treated very carefully since they can rarely be “emptied” later on, due to the risk of causing ptosis (droop).

The major indication for lipo in this area is to sculpt asymmetries on both sides, redefining the sub-gluteal sulcus (below the buttocks) or still, empty localized areas parsimoniously.

The improvement and remodeling of this area depends mainly on its alignment with neighboring structures ie: emptying the culottes, treatment of the flanks (love handles), injection of fat on the sides of the thighs (where there is usually a void) and the buttocks themselves. This way we can place it within a context of a rounded body with feminine characteristics.
