A cirurgia da calv\u00edcie, \u00e9 uma das que teve o maior progresso nos \u00faltimos 20 anos.<\/p>\n

Anteriormente consistia em tirar pequenas ilhas circulares de tecido do couro cabeludo da regi\u00e3o posterior da cabe\u00e7a, onde est\u00e3o os fios que n\u00e3o t\u00eam a mensagem gen\u00e9tica para cair precocemente. Estas ilhas, de 2, 3, ou 4 mm. de di\u00e2metro eram transplantadas para a regi\u00e3o calva.<\/p>\n

Embora houvesse efici\u00eancia no crescimento dos cabelos, as ilhas circulares e com limites muito definidos davam um aspecto pouco natural, lembrando os ditos \u201ccabelos de bonecas\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Transplante capilar: desenho das micro ilhas onde \u00e9 importante preservar
\nos bulbos pilosos. Preserva-se de um a quatro por ilha, para que sejam
\ntransplantados. Preferencialmente da zona pilosa da regi\u00e3o posterior,
\nonde o cabelo n\u00e3o cai, e da zona doadora.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

A t\u00e9cnica evoluiu bastante depois que, em vez de se retirar ilhas da \u00e1rea de cabelo bom, passamos a retirar micro-ilhas: uma faixa de tecido com cabelo que, levada ao microsc\u00f3pio \u00e9 separada em centenas de micro- ilhas com 1 , 2 ou 3 bulbos pilosos em cada uma. As micro-ilhas s\u00e3o colocadas na \u00e1rea receptora atrav\u00e9s de m\u00ednimos furos feitos por uma agulha.<\/p>\n

Assim os resultados s\u00e3o, pode-se dizer, muito naturais, quase perfeitos. Os cabelos transplantados \u201cpegam\u201d em grande percentagem, crescem naturalmente, aos tr\u00eas meses de p\u00f3s-operat\u00f3rio j\u00e1 podem ser penteados e aos 6 meses, cortados. Isto tudo somado \u00e0 vantagem de que estes fios n\u00e3o tem tend\u00eancia a cair, podendo permanecer por praticamente toda a vida.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 uma cirurgia geralmente realizada sob anestesia local e, na maioria das vezes, com alta no mesmo dia.<\/p>\n

Seu maior inconveniente talvez sejam os custos pois, embora seja de baixo risco, dependendo do caso demanda v\u00e1rias horas de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Centro Cir\u00fargico.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Cirurgia reparadora do couro cabeludo. Um dif\u00edcil caso de alopecia p\u00f3s queimadura.
